How long does shipping take?
Shipping on average takes approximately 3-4 business days.
How does delivery work?
We offer local delivery within Escondido, or certain areas of San Diego.
My order is missing an item/there's a broken item.
Unforunately, once an order has been shipped, any damage that occurs is out of our control. Please contact us if you are missing an item or received the wrong item.
How do I cleanse/charge my crystals?
We love cleansing our crystals with incense, palo santo, or sage. Selenite is also a great tool to have! We also do a monthly re-charge during each full moon.
